PhD project ‘Kickstarting the Au-H Bond: Towards Cooperative Reversible H2 Activation at Gold’

Applications are invited for a Faculty of Science Competition funded studentship at the School of Chemistry of the University of East Anglia (UK) to work in the research group of Dr Luca Rochigiani in collaboration Dr María Paz Muñoz from October 2020 to work on new synthetic and mechanistic developments towards the heterolytic splitting of H2 by well-defined Au(I) and Au(III) complexes.
